On 8th September 2024 the Bhupen Hazarika Study Center of Sarupathar College organized a cultural programme to pay tribute to the legendary singer and musical maestro Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhupen Hazarika on the occasion of his 98th Birth Anniversary. The programme was a collabrative effort of the Center with Retro Music Academy, Sarupathar.
