Admission will be conducted purely on the basis of marks obtained by students in the last examination appeared.
(a) Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) : A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council, or an equivalent examination (10+2) recognized by University, shall be eligible for admission into the First Semester of the Six Semester Degree Course in Arts in Semester System.
(b) Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) : A student who has passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) in the Commerce shall be eligible for admission into the First Semester of the Six Semester Degree Course in Commerce in Semester System.
Procedure :
(1) Application for admission into the college should be made in the prescribed application form issued by the college office on payment of Rs.200.00 being the cost for admission form and prospectus cum academic Calendar.
(2) Admission to the college is made strictly in order of merit and is governed by college admission rules.
(3) Candidates are required to produce at the time of admission the original copies of mark sheet of the last qualifying examination. They should produce the following documents apart from the mark sheet :
Age Certificate
Character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
