With the help of Kushal Konwar Study Center of Sarupathar College and Dhansiri Subhakuma administration, a memorial meeting was held today on the occasion of 80th death anniversary of the holy soul martyr Kushal Kunwar. The great patriot, the first and foremost identity of the Sarupathar area by the name of the brave martyr, the MLA of Sarupathar constituency gave a nice speech about the life of the martyr as a specific speaker organized by Mahatma Kushal Konwar. Honorable Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat District Dr. Mr. Uday Praveen paid tribute by lighting the lamp. The grandson of the martyr Mridul Konwar and international athlete Nayanmani Saikia are present as a prominent guest. Dhansiri subdivisional chief Dinsengfa Barua, police officer Trinayan Bhuyayo remembers the self sacrifice of the martyr. In this meeting, the winners of the composition and painting competition organized by Kushal Konwar Study Centre were awarded prizes and cash bags. Today's awards are presented by Sritrinayan Bhuyan and senior professor Shri Maniprabha Bora madam. The coordinator of Kushal Konwar Study Centre Sri Satyabrat Dutta is away from the entire program.
